The Clarity Fuel Cell is scheduled for a U.S. release of late 2016, with the Clarity Electric following closely in 2017, and finally the Clarity Plug-in Hybrid will round out the Clarity Series, coming to showrooms later in 2017. All in all, these models represent Honda’s commitment to moving toward a greener future, and three new eco-friendly powertrains in the Honda lineup is a great move in the right direction.
The Honda Clarity Series features elegant exterior styling, spacious interiors, and premium, environmentally responsible materials. Each of the three models will utilize the same platform that the Clarify Fuel Cell uses, giving the Clarity Series vehicles a low, wide stance with aerodynamic proportions and enabling a five-passenger cabin as well. The Clarity Series will also feature safety and entertainment technologies, such as standard Honda Sensing™ safety suite and available Display Audio with support for popular smartphone integration platforms.
