We know that Lithia Honda in Medford customers are concerned with the fuel rating of the new cars that we have here at our Medford, OR showroom.  After all, when you embark on your end-of-summer roadtrip, you'd rather save your money for nice dinners out or a fun side excursion instead of spending it all at the gas pump.  Plus, we're sure you want to make sure your car is eco-friendly, too.  Luckily, we have some good news for our blog readers about how Honda is doing with its EPA fuel ratings.

We continue to be impressed with the new models from Honda year after year, and given what we've heard about the 2014 Honda Fit, it seems that the next edition of this popular and fuel-sipping model is no exception.  The current 2013 model that we have here at our Medford, OR showroom has been praised for many of its qualities, such as incredible packaging, dependability, and handling, and we can say that we're not at all concerned that the brand is shaking up what is already an outstanding model.

While green automotive technology and fuel-economy awareness are important factors when buying a new Honda car in 2013, this has not always been the case.  One of the first big pieces of legislation that really made Americans think about the impact of pollutants and motor vehicles on the environment was the Clean Air Act of 1963.  Since then, many more pieces of legal authority have been passed to both regulate and alter the way Americans drive, and no other car company has been more committed to cleaning up its inventory than Honda.
